7. Artificial Intelligence Analysis Disclaimer

The Service may provide pedigree analysis, insights, recommendations, rankings, predictions, summaries, or other information generated by artificial intelligence systems.

Such information:

• Is provided for informational purposes only;
• Does not constitute professional breeding advice;
• May contain errors;
• Should not be relied upon as the sole basis for breeding, purchasing, or training decisions.

Users assume all risk associated with reliance upon AI-generated content.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its databases, software, layouts, design elements, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, images, features, and functionality, are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Without our prior written consent, you may not use any content, records, pedigree information, images, text, metadata, advertisements, user-generated content, or other materials obtained from the Service to:

• Train artificial intelligence systems;
• Train machine learning systems;
• Fine-tune large language models;
• Create datasets;
• Build embeddings;
• Create vector databases;
• Develop generative AI products;
• Evaluate AI systems;
• Improve AI systems;
• Support AI systems.

This restriction applies regardless of whether data collection occurs manually or through automated means.

11. Database Rights

The compilation, organization, arrangement, selection, and presentation of pedigree records and related information constitute valuable proprietary assets of the Company.

Users may not:

• Reproduce database contents;
• Create derivative databases;
• Create competing pedigree databases using Service data.

12. Subscription Services

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We reserve the right to change pricing, modify subscription plans, or discontinue subscription offerings.

13. Advertisements and Listings

Users are solely responsible for advertisements, listings, and promotional content they publish.

The Company does not guarantee:

• Availability of animals;
• Legitimacy of sellers;
• Quality of animals;
• Breeding claims.

Transactions occur solely between users.

14. Purchases

We reserve the right to refuse orders, cancel orders, limit quantities, or correct pricing errors.

15. Refund Policy

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100 USD) OR THE AMOUNT PAID TO US BY YOU DURING THE PRECEDING TWELVE (12) MONTHS.
